loudfare ("loudfare," "we," "us") is a creator-network and music-technology project operated by url.ventures LLC. loudfare provides tools, routing, and informational content for independent artists, producers, musicians, and small-business creators. Use of this site is informational until you submit a request or enter a paid engagement under the terms below.

All content is provided "as is." AI-assisted features generate suggestions and automation that may contain errors; outputs are not professional, legal, financial, or licensing advice and should be independently verified. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law.

No affiliation. loudfare and the MFDOMAIN character are independent, original works. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any recording artist, songwriter, estate, record label, publisher, distributor, or streaming service, or their names, likenesses, or iconography. References to third parties are nominative and do not imply endorsement.

Third-party tools & affiliate links. loudfare is a route architect: it points creators to independent third-party tools and services where officially supported. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, and listing one is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any outcome. Some outbound links are referral or affiliate links, and loudfare may earn a fee at no additional cost to you. II. Terms of Use

By accessing this site, submitting a request, or using any loudfare feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The service

loudfare is a creator operating rail that may include AI-assisted creation tools, sourced beats and samples, licensing facilitation, collaborator matching, royalty/split routing, distribution planning, promotion guidance, and owned web surfaces. Features are offered on an evolving, pre-release ("beta") basis, may change or be withdrawn, and may be unavailable from time to time. Availability of any third-party integration (including streaming, social, or distribution platforms) exists only where officially supported by that platform.

Requests are not contracts

Submitting the concierge flow, an early-access request, or a "loudfare Platinum" inquiry is a non-binding expression of interest. It is not a purchase, creates no obligation, and is not a charge. Any paid engagement is agreed and completed separately under Section IV.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter a paid engagement or submit content. The site is not directed to children under 13.

Acceptable use

• Personal and lawful business use, reading, and reference; sharing links to public pages.
• You may only submit content you own or are authorized to use, that does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or other rights.
• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harmful content; no impersonation; no uploading of malware.
• No scraping, bulk harvesting, or use of site content to train machine-learning models without written authorization.
• No republishing loudfare content or marks as your own.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, or by binding AAA commercial arbitration if mutually elected.

III. Creator Tools, Beats, Licensing & Royalties

Tools and routing, not outcomes

loudfare provides tools and administrative routing. It does not guarantee that any work will be created, cleared, licensed, distributed, accepted by any platform, promoted, streamed, or monetized, or that any particular revenue, royalty, or audience will result.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the music, recordings, lyrics, artwork, and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You represent that you hold all rights necessary to use it and to grant the limited license below. You are solely responsible for clearing samples, interpolations, features, and any third-party material in Your Content.

Beats, samples & licensing

Beats, samples, and licensing options surfaced through loudfare are provided by their respective owners or partners and are subject to the specific license terms presented with each item. A license is between you and the rights holder; loudfare facilitates but does not warrant the chain of title of third-party material. Read each license before use.

Royalty & split routing

Where loudfare helps record or route splits, royalties, or collaborator payments, it acts as an administrative convenience based on the information you and your collaborators provide. loudfare is not a bank, money transmitter, escrow agent, performing-rights organization, or collection society, and does not guarantee collection or payment of any amount by any third party. You are responsible for the accuracy of split information and for your own tax obligations.

Distribution & platforms

Distribution to streaming, social, and other platforms is subject to each platform's own terms, eligibility, review, and fees, and is available only where officially supported. loudfare does not control and is not responsible for third-party platform decisions.

Owned web surfaces

An "owned web surface" is a web page or profile provisioned for you through loudfare. Domain registration, where offered, is subject to the registry/registrar terms and renewal. A surface is a hosting and presentation service; it is not a security, financial product, or guarantee of traffic or value.

IV. Payments, Platinum & Refunds

loudfare is currently intake-first. We do not charge you for submitting a request, and there is no charge until you separately review and agree to the scope, price, and terms of a specific engagement.

• loudfare Platinum and any other paid service are quoted and agreed individually. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
• Payments, when enabled, are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Refunds: Service fees for work already performed or production capacity reserved are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your engagement terms. Any platform, registry, distribution, or third-party fees are governed by those third parties.
• We may decline or cancel an engagement (with a refund of any unearned prepaid amount) for suspected fraud, abuse, capacity constraints, or violation of these Terms.

V. Privacy Policy

This describes how loudfare collects, uses, and discloses information when you interact with this site.

What we collect

• Request & concierge submissions — email and the answers you provide (e.g., role, what you're making, what you need, desired next step) and any optional message.
• Engagement data (if you enter a paid engagement) — name, contact details, project details, and order contents. Payment-card details are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Content you submit — files, links, or materials you choose to share.
• Analytics & technical data — page views, referral source, device/browser type, approximate geography, and IP address.

What we do not collect here

• Government identifiers or financial-account credentials.
• Behavioral-advertising profiles or third-party cross-site retargeting pixels.

Third-party processors

• FormSubmit — relays request/inquiry form submissions to us by email.
• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and security.
• Payment, distribution, and integration partners — only when you use a feature that requires them.

How we use it · sharing · your rights

We use information to respond to requests, provide and improve the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., California, EEA, UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object; exercise them via the contact method below. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary.

VI. Cookie Policy

Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies are used for:

• Essential — basic site function.
• Analytics — aggregate usage measurement.
• Preferences — localStorage stores your concierge progress (gws-state-v1) and your cookie-consent choice (lf-cc).

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral-retargeting pixels. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time.

VII. Intellectual Property & MFDOMAIN

All site content — text, graphics, logos, page designs, copy systems, and related trade dress — is owned by url.ventures LLC / loudfare or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

Trademarks & the MFDOMAIN character

"loudfare," the loudfare logo, "MFDOMAIN," and the phrases "Music Freedom" and "music freedom from the underground" as used here are claimed as marks of loudfare / url.ventures. MFDOMAIN is an original fictional character and narrator created by url.ventures. "MF" stands for "Music Freedom." MFDOMAIN is not based on, affiliated with, or intended to reference any real recording artist, songwriter, estate, persona, mask, or likeness; any resemblance is coincidental and unintended.

Your Content license

You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant loudfare a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, display, and route Your Content solely to provide the service you request. We claim no ownership of Your Content.

Licensing & DMCA

Commercial use of loudfare site content — including embedding, redistribution, or use to train machine-learning models — requires a written license. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512); send notices with all required elements via the contact method below, and we will investigate and respond within ten business days.

VIII. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless url.ventures LLC, loudfare, MFDOMAIN, and their affiliates, officers, members, employees, contributors, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site or service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms or any law, your violation of any third-party right (including any sample, interpolation, or rights-clearance issue), or any reliance on tools, suggestions, routing, descriptions, or AI-generated output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," and the Indemnified Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid loudfare in the twelve months preceding the claim.
